After almost 5 years of hard work, the EUCC Implementing Act was published in the Official Journal of the EU on February 27th, 2024. The adoption of the EUCC supposes preparation and transition periods for the different interested parties as well as many opened questions that are needed to be answered by the EU and ECCG group. This webinar will explore all aspects affecting the implementation, transition and future operation of the new EUCC scheme.

He has worked in areas related to the information system development, safety software certification in the scope of aerospace technologies, IT system and product security evaluation under ITSEC and CC standards and FIPS 140-3 conformance testing of cryptographic modules. With more than 20 years of experience in the field, he is managing the Cybersecurity Strategy in the Cybersecurity Hub of DEKRA, which holds the cybersecurity laboratories, internationally recognized security evaluation facilities, accredited under the CCRA and the SOG-IS terms in the Spanish scheme, accredited by the USA NIST Cryptographic Module Validation Program for FIPS 140-3 and by GSMA NESAS. Jose Emilio is also the director of our accredited Conformity Assessment Body (CAB) for the European EIDAS regulation.
