DEKRA Expands TISAX Expertise in Brazil to Support Automotive Cybersecurity
DEKRA boosts TISAX information security in Brazil with expert training to support automotive clients and strengthen Brazil’s role in global supply chains.
DEKRA is proud to announce the expansion of its TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) capabilities in Brazil. From July 23 to 30, 2025, DEKRA’s global TISAX Product Lead, Christopher Helbig (DEKRA Certification GmbH) will travel to Brazil to onboard the DEKRA Brazil team. The program will be hosted in both São Paulo and Joinville.
This initiative marks a critical milestone in DEKRA's strategy to build regional cybersecurity frameworks and information security auditing capabilities that respond to the growing demand from Brazil's automotive suppliers.
TISAX plays a vital role in ensuring that companies handling confidential information, such as design data — or managing supply chain - critical production volumes or niche parts and components, meet internationally recognized information security standards. With OEMs and suppliers increasingly requiring TISAX labels, this local investment supports Brazilian businesses aiming to integrate into global supply chains or maintain established business relationships.
Strengthening our local capabilities will enable us to better support automotive clients in the information security domain and help position Brazil as a trusted hub within the international TISAX supply chain.
