DEKRA Remains Sponsor of Nico Hülkenberg
Long-Term Partnership Enters Twelfth Year

When the Formula 1 season begins on March 20 – as per tradition, with the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne – DEKRA will be part of it. The leading international expert organization remains the personal sponsor of Nico Hülkenberg. The green DEKRA logo will again take pride of place on the official driver's cap of the 28-year-old.
The 2016 season in the Sahara Force India Formula One Team is the seventh Formula 1 season in Hülkenberg's career, but the partnership with DEKRA goes back much further. “We have backed Nico right from the start of his driving career and are now entering our twelfth year,” says Clemens Klinke, Member of the DEKRA SE Management Board and responsible for the Automotive business unit. “We are delighted that we have now made it to a round dozen. Tens of thousands of DEKRA employees on all five continents will once again be keeping their fingers crossed for Nico this season.”
Before the season opener, Nico Hülkenberg comments: “As always, I will go for it 100 per cent this year. I am glad to be able to count on my long-standing partner DEKRA. DEKRA stands for safety all around the world, and that is one of the many reasons why I am so happy in this partnership.”
