Driver Training - Complete packages for professional drivers
DEKRA is among the training providers having the longest and most comprehensive experience in training professional drivers worldwide. It is no surprise, therefore, that DEKRA has been able to design and run training courses for more than 50,000 drivers with highly qualified personnel.
Regulation EWG 3820/85 and its related directive 2003/59/EG have been in force in all EU countries since July 2003. They apply to all member states that have been required to amend its national legislation for the vocational training and further training of professional drivers and to improve it to increase road safety for all EU citizens.
In many EU member states the requirements for vocational training and further training have been turned into law.
To achieve this, a great deal of effort has been made:
- A multi-stage train-the-trainer programme has been developed and implemented
- A range of materials for participants including multimedia learning systems (WBT) have been developed
- A range of teaching aids for DEKRA trainers is available, that include animations and video sequences.
Most important: We have developed various, very flexible training formats, including the use of e-learning components, that we offer to our national branches, international subsidiaries and external partners, with an internationally secured quality standard.
