DEKRA Claims Services International is the contact hub for modern claims management in Europe and offers this service in accordance with the requirements of the domestic European insurance market.

This enables our customers across Europe to have their queries about claims management answered from one source by drawing on the sterling quality of DEKRA consultancy services, and their competence and expertise. Insurers, brokers and fleet operators throughout Europe are now able to benefit from these DEKRA expert services.
DEKRA has a presence in 14 countries and provides a comprehensive claims settlement service for car damage in a network embracing a further 23 countries. Over the course of the last few years, DEKRA Claims Services International has established a “Coordination Centre” in additional EU countries and is an important contact for insurance customers in all questions involving international claims settlement.
